There is no form on this site, and there are some things we cannot help with at all.

If you are looking for control system software. This domain was previously used by a software vendor. We are not that company and have no connection to it. We cannot supply, license, support or provide downloads for any product, and we cannot forward a message to anyone who can. Please search for the product by name.

What we can help with

Corrections to anything published here, and suggestions for topics. If a guide contains an error, or describes practice that conflicts with a current standard, we want to know and will correct it.

What we cannot help with

  • Software licences, downloads, activation keys or product support of any kind.
  • Engineering advice on a specific installation. These guides are general; your system needs someone who can see it.
  • Anything relating to a safety-related system, which needs competent advice under your own functional safety arrangements rather than a general reference.
  • Supplier recommendations. We do not rank or recommend products.
  • Advertising, sponsored content, guest posts or link placement. These are not accepted in any form.

No form, and why

This site collects nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no login, no comments, no analytics and no cookies, because there is nothing here that needs them and collecting data we do not need creates an obligation we would rather not carry.

Correspondence can be sent to the postal address of the domain registrant, available through the usual registration records. We are aware that is deliberately old-fashioned.
